It takes a minute to load this....please be patient!  It's worth it, I swear.

If you'd like to use the "FLOAT" option, I recommend this VERY simple program called "Always". It takes a few seconds to download, and keeps your chosen window "on top" of the other windows.

Download the program, save it to a file called "Always" anywhere you like. Once you have it, simply execute it. (start-run-always) You'll get a little window with the number five and the words "go" and "remove". Click "GO", click the window you want to remain on top. WAIT for the count of FIVE. (that's what the 5 means).  Your chosen window should stay on top.

You can disable it by using "REMOVE", or just closing the window.
